Linda Kaufman can take your idea, theme or a story and transform it into a musical or dramatic presentation just right for your special performance.  A number of her pieces were created for groups or organizations on request.  Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins was written for a Jewish synagogue in Tulsa.  She has created original songs for weddings and special events at synagogues and other organizations.

Every writer is asked where does he or she get ideas.  They come from studying, reading and observing life experiences.  In Linda's case the Judaic life she leads is a continual source of inspiration.  Many of her ideas come from her extensive library of Jewish folk tales and children's books.  She has collected fairy tales from all over the world since she was a young girl.  Biblical texts inspired her in the creation of Estherella and Out of Ur.
